Service terms

Clear expectations.
Fewer surprises.

These operating rules help business coordinators plan accurately. A company service agreement or written trip confirmation may add account-specific terms.

01

Waiting time

The first 15 minutes are included. Additional waiting time is $25 for each 15-minute period.

02

Additional stops

$25 for each approved additional stop, plus any added service time. Every stop must remain within the confirmed route and service boundary.

03

Same-day priority

A $35 dispatch fee may apply to requests made less than six hours before pickup. Availability is never guaranteed.

04

Cancellations

More than 24 hours: no charge. Six to 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled minimum. Under six hours or a no-show: 100%.

05

Holidays

A 25% major-holiday premium may apply. When an after-hours price also applies, only the higher premium is used.

06

Pass-through costs

Approved tolls and parking are billed at actual cost. Excessive cleaning starts at $150; vehicle damage is billed at documented actual cost.

Coverage boundary

No trip is accepted until the route, passenger count, schedule, vehicle suitability, and service area are reviewed. Direct public ride requests, healthcare-specific passenger services, and unlisted vehicles are not offered. Accommodation needs are reviewed individually within the vehicle's documented capabilities.
