Transportation Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Executive Choices LLC handles information submitted for business-arranged transportation.
Information we collect
We may collect the business name, authorized contact name, email address, telephone number, requested service, pickup and destination locations, dates, times, passenger count, stops, billing instructions, accommodation needs, trip notes, and related CRM communications.
How information is used
We use this information to review eligibility, service area, availability, vehicle fit, pricing, accommodations, scheduling, payment status, trip communications, records, safety, disputes, and legal or insurance obligations. We do not treat a submitted request as a confirmed trip.
Sharing and payment
Information may be processed by service providers supporting website hosting, CRM communications, scheduling, payment, and business records. Payment information is entered directly into the approved payment provider; Executive Choices does not ask customers to place full card details in the booking form or CRM chat.
Retention and security
Trip and business-account records may be kept for operational, tax, insurance, dispute, and legal requirements. Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Communication choices
Booking contacts may receive messages needed to review, approve, decline, schedule, remind, complete, document, or follow up on a requested trip. You may ask to stop nonessential marketing communications, but operational messages may still be necessary for an active request or confirmed trip.
